We borrowed this stamp from a good friend of my mom’s after taking a look at the adorable Christmas card she made for us last year with it.  I thought it would be a perfect one to use to make simple yet elegant Christmas cards that we could easily make a LOT of.  We’ve got about 38 or 39 Christmas cards made so far and since we send out over a hundred total, we’ve got a ways to go yet! (We usually just buy cards for the amount we don’t have made and send those to whomever we think wouldn’t really appreciate one of our handmade cards anyway.

I’ve got the pieces together and ready to assemble for 15 of these cards, so that will up our card count considerably!  I got so many done in the very limited amount of time I had last night that once I finish them all tonight I may just make another 15… we’ll see!  This card is a loose “CASE” of the card she made us in that I “stole” the idea using the punch-out star and placing the torn cardstock where I did.

Thanks Jean for loaning us this stamp! :0)
