SC967 So Grateful – Splitcoast Stampers Sketch for 3rd week of July! | DancesWithHooves Paper Design

Good morning, everyone! I have the pleasure of hosting one sketch a month in 2023 for SplitCoast Stampers, and today my July sketch for the month is “live” and is ready for you to play with! I designed the sketch based off a challenge card I created for a local stamping group (online)’s designer series paper challenge earlier this season. The challenge guidelines are below, for reference/measurements:

Up North Stampin’ DSP CHALLENGE
- 12″ x 4″ dsp, scored at 5 1/2” and 11″ on the long side (make sure the back and front of the DSP look good together, as you will be seeing them both at the same time) THIS IS YOUR CARD BASE.
- 5-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ Basic White Cardstock for inside of card
- 1-1/4″ x 4″ Coordinating Colored Cardstock for front
- A Sentiment base and embellishments as desired.

Fold at the score lines with the one-inch flap folded back onto the front of the card base,
Tuck in the 1 1/4” piece of cardstock to fit under the one-inch flap that you’ve folded back.
Adhere the little piece down, and then adhere the folded flap.
Add white panel to inside of card; Decorate front as desired.

This card was for our kitty’s veterinarian, who put in countless amounts of time and effort into helping us help him, and responding to all my questions and concerns during his hard fight with quickly progressing kidney failure. She went far and beyond out of her way to be as supportive and helpful as possible to him, and to us, and for her kindness I am forever grateful.
